Q: What should I expect when I drop off my dog?
A: When you arrive for your dog's appointment, you will be greeted outside at your vehicle or in the garage. If you require special assistance, please let me know prior to arrival. Your pet should be on a leash/guide. One will be provided in the event you have forgotten it.
Q: How long should I expect my dogs grooming process to take?
A: This will depend on the dog's size, breed, temperament, and coat condition. As an estimate, please expect 3-5 hours for a full groom depending on these factors.
Q: How will I know when to pick up my dog?
A: You will be contacted via text (or phone if text is unavailable) approximately 30 minutes before pick up.
Q: What forms of payment are accepted?
A: Cash or e-transfer at the time of pick up.
Q: What happens if I can't make my appointment?
A: Please provide at least 48 hours for any cancelation.
Q: What happens if I don't like the groom that my dog was given?
A: I strive for complete satisfaction with every groom. Please note that all services rendered are considered final after your dog leaves the premises.
Q: What if my dog is of advanced age or has a medical problem/condition?
A: All dogs must be in good physical health prior to their grooming. Your dog's age/medical issues should be disclosed on the form provided prior to first visit.
Q: Do you accept walk-ins?
A: No, all grooms are by appointment only. Please contact for an appointment time.
Q: Am I able to stay and watch my dog be groomed?
A: No, visitors are not permitted during the grooming process.
Q: What if you miss my phone call?
A: If my attention is already with a furry friend just leave a message or text and I will get back to you as soon as possible that day. (or next day if after hours)
